Hello! My name is Valerie, and I am Ron’s Office Manager. I have two beautiful daughters and grew up here in San Diego. I love our ocean, mountains, and deserts and all that San Diego has to offer. Our office has been serving the San Diego area for over 45 years and we are very passionate about helping people in our community as well as the entire states of California, Arizona, Oregon, and Nevada. I believe it our responsibility to guide our customers through their insurance needs and provide the knowledge and products to protect them and their assets that they worked so hard for. We specialize in life, health, autos, homes, commercial and bank products. Our office has generations that we continue to insure. Our service is our main mission, and my motto is “How can we help?”. Hello State Farm World! My name is Linda Chan. I am a San Diego native, who was born, raised and also attended school here in San Diego. What can I say, sunny San Diego has been my backyard for most of my life. I guess you can say I know this place very well. After high school, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University. Go Aztecs!! While spending most of my professional career in Commercial Real Estate, ready for a fresh new challenge, I joined RCW Insurance Services in 2022 as an Account Representative.

My goal in insurance is to combine the skills and knowledge that I've acquired from my prior career, and apply it towards assisting my Customers in securing insurance that is most well-suited for their current and evolving needs. My approach allows for flexibility in adjusting individual insurance needs, at every stage and milestone of life. I enjoy getting to know my Customers and learning about “their story”, this allows me to provide recommendations for insurance coverage, based on their specific coverage goals.

I married my High School sweetheart. We have two beautiful children together, Christian and Charlotte. On weekends you can find me spending time with my Family, whether it is an adventure around San Diego, or just a lazy Sunday at home. Family time is definitely the most treasured time for me.

My superpower is multi-tasking. Being Mommy to two little ones, you have to find ways to do it all, while still maintaining some form of sanity... all at once.

My hobbies include collecting anything and everything Hello Kitty and online shopping via Amazon Prime.

Hello! My name is Jennifer I am a San Diego native, with a passion for guiding people through the complex world of insurance. My goal is to help customers understand their risk exposures, while giving them the peace-of-mind that they are getting the right coverages for their specific insurance needs. In my free time you’ll catch me running between softball, marching band, and school PTA events. As a busy working mom, with two active teenage girls, I understand the changing needs of our customers and I strive to create a community environment where my moto is, “We are here to help.”

I became a proud team member of Ron Wang’s Insurance Agency in 2022. My professional background has been in the biotech industry for 10+ years, and then I took a break to be a stay-at-home mom for 8 years. It was challenging to get back into the workforce after such a long hiatus, however with an innate calling to help people, providing customers with State Farm products to protect themselves seemed like the perfect fit.

I appreciate working for a company that is large enough to provide quality products; yet small enough to offer exceptional customer service. Everyday I’m learning something new, and I am enthusiastic to share that knowledge with our customers.

I have 3 young children and reside in El Cajon. When I’m not being a mom, I enjoy going to the beach, playing ping pong, and watching the Lakers!
