"My mother took out her condo homeowners insurance policy with Tanya and Ron’s office in 1991, when she first bought the condo. When my mother passed away this last Christmas, Tonya went above and beyond typical customer service expectations to make sure that the policy effectively transitioned into my name and we were able to wrap up and close out my mother‘s policy on the condo when it sold. Tanya and Ron are exceptional insurance agents to work with, and I am honored to have had the pleasure of making their acquaintance during this otherwise difficult time in my life"
